Experiment

In the experimental measurement we focus on their design to implement a cost-effective testing and to perform numerical optimization at testing of a prototype or serial parts.
Methods of DOE (Design Of Experiment) are used to manage complex numerical analysis and to improve the robustness and speed of optimization algorithms.
Using of DOE methods proved to be the most effective method for a successful solution and we verified it on the following problems :
- Calculation of pressure losses of heat exchangers
- Shape optimization to improve aerodynamics of suction pipe.
- Shape changes of valve for improving combustion products flushing from cylinder
- Dynamic analysis of a section of vascular prosthesis and living vessel
- Finding the relevant parameters and mathematical model to describe the thermal fatigue life
- Implementation of elasto-plastic tensile tests up to 1200 °C to create a material model for FEM analysis
- Implementation of fatigue tests in 2 axes (tension + torsion) with variable heat load up to 1200 °C to create a fatigue model
