In the experimental measurement we focus on their design to implement a cost-effective testing and to perform numerical optimization at testing of a prototype or serial parts.

Methods of DOE (Design Of Experiment) are used to manage complex numerical analysis and to improve the robustness and speed of optimization algorithms.

  • Measuring process

Using of DOE methods proved to be the most effective method for a successful solution and we verified it on the following problems :

  • Calculation of pressure losses of heat exchangers
  • Shape optimization to improve aerodynamics of suction pipe.
  • Shape changes of valve for improving combustion products flushing from cylinder
  • Dynamic analysis of a section of vascular prosthesis and living vessel
  • Finding the relevant parameters and mathematical model to describe the thermal fatigue life
  • Implementation of elasto-plastic tensile tests up to 1200 °C to create a material model for FEM analysis
  • Implementation of fatigue tests in 2 axes (tension + torsion) with variable heat load up to 1200 °C to create a fatigue model
